Store Terms of Service

These Store Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the Dribble Store, including any related digital items, subscriptions, and services. By accessing or purchasing from the Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Dribble Basketball League is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Virginia, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the Store.

3. Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all purchases made through it. Dribble is not responsible for unauthorized purchases resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Digital Items & Credits

All items sold in the Store are digital and licensed, not sold. Digital Items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within Dribble.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund of amounts actually paid.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Dribble does not store full payment card details. Your payment is also governed by the payment provider’s terms.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past billing periods unless required by law.

8. Delivery

Digital Items are typically delivered immediately after successful payment. Delivery may be delayed due to technical or security issues.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only where required by law or if manually approved by Dribble staff in cases of verified error.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not exploit Store systems, use unauthorized tools, commit fraud, or transfer Digital Items outside authorized features.

11. Intellectual Property

All Store content, including branding, UI, artwork, and code, is owned by Dribble or its licensors and protected by law.

12. Enforcement & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Termination for misconduct may result in loss of Digital Items without refund, except where required by law.

13. Disclaimers

The Store and Digital Items are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dribble is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Store is governed by our Privacy Policy .

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
