A walking bucket who heats up the moment they step on the floor. Elite scoring instincts and shot-making off the dribble. Defense is a courtesy, not a commitment.

A guard who doesn't need a play drawn up to get a bucket. Elite ball-handling and off-dribble shooting make them impossible to guard in isolation. Can facilitate but won't run the team.

A specialist built around one skill: making shots. Catch-and-shoot mechanics are elite. Defense and creation are not part of this player's vocabulary.

An explosive athlete who attacks the basket relentlessly. First step, burst, and finishing at the rim are elite. Shooting exists as a threat, not a primary weapon.

A relentless mover who thrives off the ball. Cuts to open lanes and converts at the rim efficiently. Give this player the ball near the basket, not beyond the arc.

A wing-sized player who runs the offense with point guard vision. Elite passer who attacks the rim and involves everyone on the floor. Jump shooting is the one thing the defense doesn't fear.

A player whose sole purpose is to stop the opponent's best scorer. Elite on-ball and off-ball defensive instincts. Offense is functional enough to stay on the court - barely.

A physical specimen who overwhelms opponents with pure athleticism. Speed, explosion, and strength are elite.

Available at all positions

A physical force who dominates through positioning and power. Finishes hard around the rim and owns the offensive glass. The three-point line is not this player's friend.

A shot-blocking anchor who turns the paint into no man's land. Elite interior defense and rebounding with almost no offensive ambition. Scoring happens on catches and dunks - not by design.

A large player who pulls defenses outside with elite shooting range. Can finish above the rim when given the lane. Traditional big-man skills are underdeveloped.

An obsessive rebounder who turns missed shots into possessions. Strength and positioning are elite. Offensive creation of any kind is essentially non-existent.

A traditional big who commands the paint with skill and size. Post moves, hooks, and rim protection define this player. The three-point line is a foreign country.

A large player with the passing instincts of a point guard. Creates for others out of the post and high-low sets. Athleticism is below the threshold of most bigs.

A center who can step out and knock down the three. Unlike a stretch big, this player still owns the interior - rebounding, rim protection, and finishing are all part of the package.
