Remove the 5 year limit to careers and bring longevity and prestige back.

I don't think I need to explain but the title is clear, longevity being gone and replaced with a 5 year career limit sucks. Dribble gold COMPLETELY NEGATING INJURY sucks. Like, injuries are a part of the game. Dribble gold should give you less longevity lost from injury, but not completely negate it. The other changes I quite like tbh, but this one is far too extreme.

I wish it was a 7 year limit, but this was needed, for the betterment of Dribble.
